Product Delivery Schedule If you pay by credit card, we send products within three business days of confirming the order.

If you pay by bank transfer, we send products within three business days of confirming payment deposit.

Please be aware that inventory shortages may prevent us from shipping until around one week following orders. We will notify you of the details by e-mail in those cases. We are not able to ship on Saturday and/or Sunday in some cases.

Returns For exchanges/returns, please contact us within seven days of product arrival. We will accept returns/exchange products if they are unopened and are sent within seven days. In the unlikely event that products arrive to you defaced or damaged, please notify Tsueya by e-mail or telephone. The store or the manufacturer will promptly send a replacement product directly to you.
Please be aware that we will offer a refund if the product to be exchanged is sold out. You are responsible for shipping fees if products are returned for reasons of your own. Please send such products within seven days of product arrival. We will transfer refunds for returns to the bank account of your choice.
We will transfer the money within three business days of returned product arrival. We will contact you by telephone or e-mail if there is a difference between the prices of the product to be exchanged and the returned product.
